アカウントの削除
アカウントを削除しても、App Storeのサブスクリプションは解約されません。先に、iPhoneの「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」で解約してください（Androidでは Google Play → プロフィールアイコン →「お支払いと定期購入」→「定期購入」）。
アプリから削除する
- アプリを開き、ホーム画面の右上のアイコンから「設定」を開きます。
- 「データ」の「アカウントとデータを削除」をタップします。
- 削除されるものを確認して「アカウントを削除する」をタップし、もう一度「削除する」をタップします。
「データ」は、ログインしているときに表示されます。削除すると、その端末の学習記録も消え、アプリは新しいゲストとして始まります。削除は取り消せません。同じ Apple または Google のアカウントで、あとからもう一度ログインしても、削除した記録は戻りません。
アプリを開けないとき
アカウントに登録しているメールアドレスから、[email protected]あてに「アカウントを削除してください」とお送りください。本人であることを確認したうえで、30日以内にアカウントと下に挙げるデータを削除し、完了をお知らせします。
Apple の「メールを非公開」でログインした場合、アカウントには Apple のリレー用アドレスが登録されています。その旨を書いてお送りください。確認の方法をご案内します。
削除されるもの
- アカウント（メールアドレス、名前、Apple または Google のアカウントの識別子）
- アカウントに保存された学習記録（解答と模擬試験の結果、復習の記録、レッスンの進み具合、受ける試験・目標日・学習計画、ブックマークした問題や保存した単語）
- トク先生との会話と、1日ごとの利用回数の記録
- 当方のサーバーに保存されている購入の記録（有料プランの利用状況）
- アプリから削除した場合は、その端末に保存されている学習記録
削除されないもの
- App Store と Google Play での購入の記録、購入の確認に使う RevenueCat が持つ購入の記録：各社の規定と法令に従って保存されます。
- サービスを提供する事業者のサーバーの記録（ログ）：各社の規定に従い、一定期間残ることがあります。
ゲストとして使っている場合
アカウントを作っていない場合、学習記録はその端末の中だけにあり、当方のサーバーにはありません。アプリを削除すると、記録も消えます。ゲストのまま購入した場合の購入の記録は、Apple と RevenueCat に残ります。

Delete your account
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions (on Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Delete it in the app
- Open the app, then open Settings from the icon at the top right of Home.
- Under Data, tap Delete the account and its data.
- Read what will be deleted, tap Delete account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Data appears while you are signed in. Deleting also removes the study records from that phone, and the app starts again as a new guest. Deletion cannot be undone: signing in again later with the same Apple or Google account does not bring the deleted records back.
If you can’t open the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete the account and the data listed below within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
If you signed in with Apple’s Hide My Email, your account holds Apple’s relay address instead. Say so in your email and we will tell you how to confirm it is you.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name, and the identifier Apple or Google uses for you
- The study records saved to your account: your answers and mock exam results, review history, lesson progress, your exam, target date and study plan, and the questions you bookmarked and words you saved
- Your conversations with Toku, the AI tutor, and the daily count of messages
- The record of your purchases on our server (your paid plan’s status)
- When you delete in the app, the study records on that phone
What is kept
- Purchase records held by the App Store and Google Play, and by RevenueCat, which we use to confirm purchases: kept as their policies and the law require.
- Server logs kept by the providers that run the service: these may remain for a limited time under their own policies.
If you use the app as a guest
Without an account, your study records are only on your phone; we hold none of them. Deleting the app deletes them. If you bought a plan as a guest, the purchase record stays with Apple and RevenueCat.

Xóa tài khoản
Xóa tài khoản không hủy gói đăng ký trên App Store. Hãy hủy gói trước trong Cài đặt của iPhone → tên của bạn → Gói đăng ký (Subscriptions) (trên Android: Google Play → ảnh hồ sơ → Thanh toán và gói thuê bao → Gói thuê bao).
Xóa ngay trong ứng dụng
- Mở ứng dụng, chạm vào biểu tượng ở góc trên bên phải Trang chính để mở Cài đặt.
- Trong mục Dữ liệu, chạm vào Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu.
- Đọc kỹ những gì sẽ bị xóa, chạm vào Xóa tài khoản, rồi chạm Xóa để xác nhận.
Mục Dữ liệu chỉ hiện khi bạn đã đăng nhập. Khi xóa, dữ liệu học trên điện thoại đó cũng bị xóa và ứng dụng bắt đầu lại như một người dùng khách mới. Không thể hoàn tác: sau này có đăng nhập lại bằng cùng tài khoản Apple hay Google thì dữ liệu đã xóa cũng không quay lại.
Nếu không mở được ứng dụng
Hãy gửi email từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản tới [email protected], đề nghị xóa tài khoản. Sau khi xác nhận đúng là bạn, chúng tôi sẽ xóa tài khoản và các dữ liệu liệt kê bên dưới trong vòng 30 ngày, và báo cho bạn khi xong.
Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng tính năng Ẩn địa chỉ email (Hide My Email) của Apple, tài khoản sẽ lưu địa chỉ chuyển tiếp của Apple. Hãy ghi rõ điều đó trong email, chúng tôi sẽ hướng dẫn cách xác nhận.
Những gì bị xóa
- Tài khoản: địa chỉ email, tên và mã định danh tài khoản Apple hoặc Google
- Dữ liệu học lưu trong tài khoản: câu trả lời và kết quả thi thử, lịch sử ôn tập, tiến độ bài học, kỳ thi, ngày thi dự kiến và kế hoạch học, câu hỏi đã đánh dấu và từ đã lưu
- Các cuộc trò chuyện với thầy Toku và số tin nhắn đã dùng mỗi ngày
- Thông tin mua hàng lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi (trạng thái gói trả phí)
- Khi xóa trong ứng dụng: dữ liệu học trên điện thoại đó
Những gì được giữ lại
- Lịch sử mua hàng do App Store, Google Play và RevenueCat (dịch vụ chúng tôi dùng để xác nhận giao dịch) lưu giữ: được lưu theo chính sách của từng bên và theo quy định pháp luật.
- Nhật ký máy chủ của các nhà cung cấp vận hành dịch vụ: có thể còn lại một thời gian theo chính sách của họ.
Nếu bạn dùng ở chế độ khách
Khi chưa tạo tài khoản, dữ liệu học chỉ nằm trên điện thoại của bạn; chúng tôi không lưu gì cả. Xóa ứng dụng là dữ liệu cũng bị xóa. Nếu bạn đã mua gói khi còn là khách, lịch sử mua hàng vẫn được Apple và RevenueCat lưu giữ.
